Budget

The Budget is the guiding financial document for the City's finances and determines what projects or activities can be done during the year. Public notices regarding the budget process are posted on this page, as required by State Law. Previous years' budgets are available upon request at City Hall.

Audit

Typically beginning in the fall the City's auditor previews all of the financial documents from the closed out year, this includes the budget, approving resolutions, utility billing information, accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as other documents involving any money collected by the City. During this time, the Auditor will evaluate the City's financial practices, policies and processes. Auditors issue a financial report and present the finding to the City Council.

Where is Donald?

The City is located 24 miles south of Portland and 27 miles north of Salem in the stunning Willamette Valley. Champoeg State Heritage Park, which is one of the State of Oregon’s most notable landmarks, is just four miles west. Six miles east of town is Willamette Aviation, Oregon’s third busiest airport. Donald’s unique location provides easy access to some of Oregon’s biggest cities and attractions while remaining a small rural community.
